Wood lockers are often used in private gyms, sport clubs or college athletic departments as they have a more custom built look.
When I finally received my copy of Babymouse Tales from the Locker #1, I found a spunky, ambitious pre-adolescent rodent with delusions of grandeur, which makes for a great middle-grade read. Babymouse finds her passion for film and sets forth to direct an epic film, but finds her plans thwarted by demanding cast and crew members, a tiny budget, and some unrealistic expectations.

My daughters have been excited for months to get this new Babymouse book. The only downside to its arrival was discovering is that it's actually the beginning to a whole new crossover early chapter book style Babymouse and not a full graphic novel. It has occasional graphic novel style sections but is primarily words. One of my daughters was fine with the change. The other was heartbroken since she loves the original 20 books (and has read them all too many times to have kept track).
When it comes to fitness centers, they’re constantly changing, which means the locker room must also adapt to what’s trendy. Over the years, we’ve outfitted locker rooms for traditional weightlifting gyms, spin gyms, climbing gyms, pilates and yoga studios, and even trampoline parks. When it comes to gym locker trends, we know what’s popular and what’s needed.
Material: steel is the traditional material; but wood, plastic, or laminate are sometimes used. Plastic or laminate lockers are sometimes advocated in environments, such as near swimming pools, where moisture accumulation may cause steel lockers to rust over time. They can also be used in external applications where internal space is not available.

Bank size: It does not necessarily refer to the total number of compartments, but rather the number of compartments wide the entire cabinet is. So a bank of three may contain six lockers, for example, if they are two-tier lockers. In short, the total number of lockers is the bank size multiplied by the number of tiers. Sometimes the term "bay" is used instead of "bank", although "bank" appears to be the more standard term; on other occasions, "bay" refers to a single locker width within a bank, including all tiers of locker directly on top of each other.
Scrolling through Pinterest to find these locker tips and tricks made me realize something: lockers were really lame when I was in high school. They were boring, only used to hold books and assorted trash we accumulated throughout the day. I’m kind of amazed by all of the awesome things you can do to make your school locker look unique and fun, while also making storage that much easier. Here are 16 DIY locker decoration and storage tips every high school student needs to see now.
Gr 3–5—The Holms, the brother/sister team behind the graphic novel series "Squish" and "Babymouse," continue Babymouse's adventures, taking her into middle school. Much like Lincoln Peirce's "Big Nate" crossover chapter books, this new series will appeal to readers looking for slightly more challenging fare. Though this title contains more text than the original "Babymouse" books, there are numerous illustrations throughout, the font is large, and the difficulty of the language is comparable to that of previous books, making it ideal for fans crossing over into longer chapter book territory. Babymouse is just as energetic as ever, but now she's dealing with middle school drama and algebra. She doesn't want to fit in anymore—she wants to stand out! Babymouse finds the perfect opportunity in film club, where she is chosen to write and direct a movie inspired by her favorite epic dramas. She realizes that it's not as easy as she thought, with a diva leading actress and no budget. Ultimately, Babymouse learns that working as a team is more important than being a star. VERDICT A first purchase where the graphic novel series is popular. For fans of "Dork Diaries" and "Diary of a Wimpy Kid."—Jessica Ko, Los Angeles Public Library

[EDIT] I received a very prompt reply back that this company is sending me out a replacement set for my one bum lock! They also suggested I try another (default) code to see if that would make my one work. But either way they're sending me out a new set and not making me return the bum one! Fantastic customer service--I'm extremely happy with them!!
Standard 4-, 5-, 6-, 8- and 9 tier box locker doors have a padlock hasp and a friction catch. Available at extra cost is a spring-loaded catch. Both 2- & 3 tier lockers have horizontal frame members welded between the doors for added strength and security. 24” wide lockers have full width doors. If slope tops are required, use hoods. All Invincible II lockers accept built-in locks or padlocks and have rubber bumpers on the latch hooks to reduce noise.
Sloping tops: while most lockers have flat tops, some manufacturers offer the option of sloping tops to their range of lockers. The slope may be of either 30 degrees or 45 degrees to the horizontal, sloping towards the front, and the purpose of this is to make it impossible to store items on top of the lockers, or to make it harder for dust or other debris to accumulate there. This is an important factor in places like food-processing factories or restaurants where hygiene requirements must be met.
